The Rev Toddy Hoare trained as a sculptor, served in the Army and later became a parish priest.

He has always combined sculpture with his ministry and now "sculptures in bronze" as well as conducting retreats, in which he uses sculpture.

Toddy will give the last lecture, "The Word in 3D" in the Mission and the Arts series, which will be hosted by the Crowther Centre in CMS House, Watlington Road, Oxford OX4 6BZ.
