The Speakers Bureau makes it easy to book a speaker for your church or group or find out when there’s a CMS speaker visiting your area.
“We offer a variety of dynamic mission focused presentations,” says Gaenor Hall, CMS church relations team leader.
“All our speakers have a passion for mission they love to share – and the new Speakers Bureau website makes it really easy to browse our speakers and the kind of topics they can speak on.”
The site – at
www.cms-uk.org/speakers – also features an interactive map where users can see when speakers are visiting their area and resources to help people tell the story of mission in their own churches.
The Bureau doesn’t charge a speaker’s fee either, says Gaenor. “All we ask is for a freewill offering, some help with travel costs and a chance to give people cards that will allow them to sign up for our monthly prayer updates.”
There’s even a chance for people to volunteer as speakers. Angela Wenham, CMS’s volunteer coordinator, would love to hear from anyone who loves to share about mission.
